1.   What is DigitelOne Prepaid Internet Card?

      The name says it all. This is Digitel’s way of providing the simplest
      and most cost effective prepaid Internet service.

2.   Can I use DigitelOne Prepaid Internet Card in other areas outside Metro 
      Manila and  Metro Rizal?

      Yes, you can also access the Internet through DigitelOne Prepaid
      Internet Card in areas outside of Metro Manila and Metro Rizal.
      However, corresponding NDD rates will apply when you access
      from non-02 areas.

3.   Is there a specific telephone line needed when I’m using DigitelOne z

    Prepaid Internet Card?

      All telephone lines within the 02 areas of Digitel (MM and Rizal) can be used to 
      access DigitelOne Internet. 

4.   What if I want to use DigitelOne Prepaid Internet Card outside the 02 areas 
     of Digitel?

      Again, the Internet access is still possible should it be made outside
      the 02 areas of Digitel.  It is recommended that if you try to access
      outside the 02 areas (MM and Rizal), it would be best to use any
      Digitel phone line since it is also Internet ready. (Note: bear in mind
      that the number to be dialed using the Digitel phone is 1-900-3-111-111
      and the username is digitelone). 

5.   How can I check my remaining balance?

      Go to prepaid.digitelone.com.  Enter your username and password then click enter.

6.   Will my metering charge still continue if I use the DigitelOne web   based 
      balance inquiry?

      Yes, your metering charges will still continue. The remaining balance reflects your  
      Internet use based on your last log out time. Therefore, your remaining balance will 
      change after you have checked your balance inquiry.

7.   Is the P0.75/min and P0.50/min charge rounded off to the nearest minute?

      Yes, it is rounded off to the nearest minute.  For Example, if your Internet usage is 
      1 minute and 2 seconds, you will be charged for two minutes or Php 1.50 (peak) or 
      Php 1.00 (off-peak) correspondingly.

8.   Is there a VAT charge?

      Yes, there is a VAT charge but it is already inclusive of the Php 100   
      and Php 300 rates.

9.   Will metering still apply if  I use a Digitel phone to access the pre-paid 
      card?

      Yes, your usage will be deducted from your choice plan, Digitel telephone 
      subscribers has the option to use the Premium Internet Service.

10. What will happen if my allotted time or allowance is used up?

      Your Internet access will automatically be disconnected.

11. What should I do if I cannot read the characters in the username and 
      password?

      You should immediately call the helpdesk number at 240-9222.

12. How can we control the Internet Access?  Is there any security?

     There are two levels of security: the password which you can set in your computer 
     and the assigned DigitelOne Prepaid Password.  Note:  after typing your USERNAME, 
     be sure not to check the space beside ‘Save Password’.  This is one way of giving a 
     lead to hackers.

13. Do our servers have security against hackers?

     Yes, we have a firewall for protection.  Also, our system administrator created a 
     system to track hackers, if they are trying to penetrate our server, it will alarm. 

14.  Will DigitelOne Internet Access experience interconnection problems?

     Interconnection problems will greatly depend on the condition of the telephone you are 
     using.   This simply means that if the telephone you are using is down or is 
     experiencing interruption, the Internet access will be adversely affected.

15.  Should I use my PC time or clock as my reference point when I want to 
      use the Internet during off peak time?

      Yes, but only as a reference to determine the approximate time.  The DigitelOne  
      server has its own time/clock reference in determining and capturing the access 
      made during the time of the off-peak rate.

16.  What are the Internet configurations that I may find useful?  

      All DigitelOne Prepaid Internet cards have a configuration guide insert each time 
       you purchase.  Here is a sample of these configurations.  Also, for other queries 
      regarding these instructions, you can go to www.digitelone.com or call the helpdesk 
       number at 240-9222.
