Long Distance Services

Through its inter-exchange facility and international gateway facility, DIGITEL enables you to reach your family, friends and business associates anywhere in the Philippines or in more than 200 foreign destinations worldwide.

Direct Distance Dialing

NDD (National Direct Dialing) allows you to place a call directly to any point in the Philippines without the assistance of a telephone operator. To make an NDD call, simply dial:
0 + Area Code + Phone Number

IDD (International Direct Distance Dialing) allows you to make direct calls to a foreign destination without the assistance of a telephone operator. To make an IDD call, simply dial:
0 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number

Operator-Assisted Long Distance Calls

108 International Operated-Assisted Call
Allows you to make long distance calls with the assistance of a DIGITEL Customer Service Representative (CSR). To call abroad, simply dial 108 and give your call details to a CSR.

109 Domestic Operator Assisted Call
Allows you to make long distance calls to a Philippine destination with the assistance of a DIGITEL CSR.  Simply dial 109 and provide the CSR with the details of your call.

Home Country Direct (HCD)
is an operator-assisted long distance service that allows you to make collect calls to an international destination.  To make an HCD call, dial 105 plus the access code of the country that you are calling.  You will be instantly connected to a telephone operator of the country you are calling.  (For your reference, a complete list of access codes is available in your telephone directory.

Public Calling Office

Public payphones are found in all DIGITEL service areas.  Through these public payphones, you can make collect calls and operator-assisted collect domestic or international long distance calls.   All DIGITEL public payphones are card-operated.

Call Center Services

Addressing the need for world-class telecommunications services, DIGITEL installed a Call Center that utilizes an Intelligent Network platform. The first of its kind in the Philippines, DIGITEL's Call Center integrates a host of basic and advanced telecommunications services. Currently, the Call Center offers Virtual Private Network (VPN), Automatic Directory Services, Automated Toll Services, Voice Mail Service and Fax Mail Box Services.

Virtual Private Network
is an Intelligent Network-based service that enables you to create a customized telephone  network based on existing DIGITEL facilities and using a private numbering plan based on account codes.

Automated Directory  Services

Automated Toll Services
Automated Toll Services enable you to access automated 108 and 109 toll services. An automated CSR takes in your call details and connects  you to the called party.

Voice Mail Service
functions as your enhanced answering machine. If your line is busy or if you are not available, incoming calls are forwarded to and retrieved from the Voice Mail box.

Fax Mail  Box Services
Diverts fax messages to a fax mailbox if your fax number is busy. It allows fax messages to be digitally stored and retrieved.

Help Desk Service

112 (Direct Dial Inquiry) is an operator-assisted service on Direct Distance Dial (DDD) service. Through this service, you can obtain information regarding area codes, country codes and time zones.
113-3 (Billing Inquiry) is an operator-assisted service for queries on billing matters.
114 (Direct Assistance) is an automated help desk that allows you to obtain the name, address and telephone number of listed DIGITEL subscribers.
171-0 (Customer Service) is an operator-assisted service that handles your inquiries on activation / deactivation of telephone features and services. It also handles customer complaints.
173 or 113-0 (Fault/Repair Service) is a technical-assistance number where you can report line faults and make your request for telephone repair services.

Emergency Numbers

These  three-digit numbers automatically connect you to the Fire Department, the Police Department and a hospital in your town or city free of charge.
