You can do this by typing it at the address or URL section of your browser located
below the file menu then press Eenter. Remember no  big letters.

Step 3 : Input your username (e.g. jdelacruz) and password. Then click Enter. A new page will
appear. Here is the menu with corresponding descriptions.

folders - consists of   directories or folders of  all your emails. This is where all
your messages are kept and managed.

compose - go to this menu if you want to send email to your associates, friends,
                          classmates, etc.

The following are the different headers you need to be concerned about
                           when sending e-mail:

To: The To: field contains the e-mail address of the person to whom you
                                are  sending e-mail.

From: This field includes your e-mail address. You almost never have to

worry about this field because it automatically fills it in for you.

CC:  "CC" stands for Carbon Copy. This field contains the e-mail addresses
of additional recipients. Most people put one e-mail address in the
To: field and "copy" others by putting their addresses in the CC: field.

BCC: Many e-mail clients either hide this field or don't give you quick access
to it. This "black sheep" header field, which stands for Blind Carbon
Copy, gives you a way of copying an e-mail message to another
person without the first person you send the message to knowing
about it. Although this field has legitimate uses, people often use the
BCC: field to send e-mail behind others' backs.

Attachments: This enables you to attach entire documents to e-mail
                                    messages.

Rules : This is used for customizing how you want to respond to  people who sent
you emails while you are on vacation. You should also check your

setting configurations in order for this to work.

Setting : This is where you can modify how  you want people to see your email
messages and how you want to keep your incoming mails.

The settings that can be modified include:
  • Layout format (frames/no frames).
  • The address-controlling option used to protect Web User virtual sessions.
  • From Address (by default - username@domain.name).
  • The width of the text field (area) used in the WebUser message composer.
  • Mailboxes to be displayed (All Account Mailboxes and/or All Subscribed Mailboxes).
  • Message header fields to display in mailbox pages (and the default sorting field).
  • Message header fields to display in message page.
  • Signature (for messages composed using the WebUser Interface).
  • Reply Header and Reply Quoting.
Note: if the Reply Quoting is set to an empty string, an original message
text will not be included into a reply message.

Log-Out :   When you want to end up your session in the Digitelone email just click
                     this menu  or link.

Step 4 : Proceed to step 5 if you already know how to send email. If you want to send an
email, click Compose menu or link, then enter your mail subject and the email
address of your intended recipient. To start typing your messages, click your mouse
to the big white square on your screen. In some technical terms it is called text box.
When done click the Send button.

Step 5 : Bypass this step if you know how to reply to an email. Reply to an email by either
reading all the received mails first and compose a reply letter to intended recipients or
responding to each mail immediately after reading it. To reply to an email you should click
mailboxes, then click Inbox, and then click to the specific letter you want to respond to.
Afterwards click the reply button, then enter your mail subject. To start typing your messages
click your mouse to the big white square on your screen. In some technical terms it is called
text box. When done click the Send button. When replying to an e-mail message, the program
automatically directs it to the sender without you having to indicate the e-mail address.
