Account Managers (Code: AM)
(Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, N Ecija, Rizal,
Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Quezon, Bicol)
College graduate with at least one year
experience in consumer / trade account management from telecoms / IT / hotel /
pharmaceutical / retail or similar industries. With above average presentation and
negotiation skills. Holder of a valid drivers license.
College graduate with experience in toll
operations, telemarketing or customer service from a telecoms or service company.
Proficient in oral communication and computer operations.
Collection /
Recovery Staff (Code: CMD)
(Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Batangas,
Naga )
Commerce / Business graduate with at least
six months experience in credit analysis, debt collection and account recovery. Male
applicants with ability to drive motorcycle preferred for Recovery Staff position.
College graduates with customer service
management experience from telecoms or service industry. With good business orientation,
he/she can develop programs on customer loyalty and retention. Residents of or those
willing to work in Ilocos, La Union, Isabela, Bataan, Angeles, Bulacan, Laguna, Batangas,
Quezon or Legaspi are preferred.
College graduates with two years sales
management experience. Adept in market analysis, conceptualization and implementation of
sales programs. Can motivate sales force to exceed sales targets. Residents of or those
familiar with La Union, Pampanga or Quezon territories are preferred .
College graduate with managerial experience
in General Services and Materials Management. Based in Bulacan, he must be able to conduct
regular visits to Pampanga, Bataan, Nueva Ecija and Zambales for periodic monitoring.
With at least 2 years supervisory experience in Systems
Analysis/RDBM Environment Programming/PowerBuilder/SQL Server or Oracle Developer 2000.
Responsible for the development of well-defined technical policies and procedures.
Graduate of IT or Telecommunications related course.
Preferably with experience in Marketing or Financial Planning
and Control. Must be well-versed in using PC applications and computer programming.
Exposure in telecommunications industry a plus. Graduate of Management Business or
Economics.
TRANSMISSION, SWITCH, OUTSIDE PLANT,
POWER & MECHANICAL
With 1-2 years experience in any of the following, direct
project implementation, mechanical design - planning& scheduling, monitoring &
control of battery rectifier and diesel engine generator set, actual installation,
commissioning, maintenance and repair, project inspection, design of microwave and radio
equipment and multiplex systems. Graduate of EE, ECE & ME (licensed a plus).
Preferably with experience in Marketing or Financial Planning
and Control. Must be well-versed in using PC applications and computer programming.
Exposure in telecommunications industry a plus. Graduate of Management Business or
Economics.
At least 3-4 years or equivalent experience in performing
internal or external audit and/or accounting work in a reputable company. Must be
analytical, hardworking and willing to go out-of-town assignments. Graduate of BSC/BSBA
Accounting. Preferably CPA.
Knowledge on telecommunications operations and maintenance.
Can develop and handle training. Must have good communications skills. Knowledge on ICMS
will be an advantage. Graduate of computer-related course.
With al least one year experience in programming and systems
analysis. Will be responsible for the evaluation/preparation of technical policies,
guidelines, systems study, process flow, check points and data extraction. Graduate of
IT-related course..
Must have a broad spectrum of Information Technology
knowledge with special emphasis in the provision of functional, accurate and cost
effective service to all customers. Knowledge of Information Mapping Formation an
advantage. Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in all
aspects of personnel work particularly recruitment, placement and compensation &
benefits. With basic knowledge of computer softwares. Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral
Science. Preferably with post graduate studies.
With at least 2 years direct selling experience in telecomm
carrier. Knowledge in basic electronics and telephony. Computer literate with excellent
communication skills, knows how to drive. Graduate of Management, Marketing or ECE.
Must have experience in CAD/CABLE CAD. Has thorough knowledge
in technical drawings and expertise in computer. Graduate of any BS Engineering course
(CE, EE. ECE, CoE), Architecture or Computer Science.
