Reduced Rates For National Long Distance Calls!

Now, you can call long distance anywhere in Luzon at permanently-reduced rates for DIGITEL-to-DIGITEL calls!  Recently, the National Telecommunications Commision (NTC) approved DIGITEL's application to permanently reduce national direct dialing (NDD) and operator-assisted charges for DIGITEL-to-DIGITEL calls.

The charge for NDD DIGITEL-to_DIGITEL calls is now P3.00 per minute anywhere in Luzon regardless of day, time and distance.  Known as the "Pakikisama Rate", it is the lowest NDD rate in the Philippines.

Prior to the introduction of the Pakikisama Rate, DIGITEL was charging P4.00 to P6.00 per minute for NDD calls.

For Operator Assisted Calls (OAC), the NTC approves rates are P9.00 for the first three minutes and P9.00 for every succeeding minutes.  This is a reduction from the previous rate of P9.75 for the first three minutes.

The operator surcharges for person-to-person and station-to-station calls remain the same.
