Launching Digital Subscriber Lines
Digitel
Information Technology Services Inc. (DITSI) is launching its Net
Direct ADSL powered by DigitelOne that lies through the framework
of Digitel. The road show will start rolling in provincial areas
such as: Naga - July 11, Legaspi - July 13, Pampanga - July 18,
Cavite - July - 20, La Uņion - 25, Baguio - July 27, Quezon - August
8, Pangasinan - August 17, Bulacan - August 22 and in Laguna - August
24. This is to cater to a wider range of subscribers who wanted
to access on-line and download large volume of data at a very high
speed. ADSL is convenient because there is no need to dial an access
number wherein in dial-up connection, you always have to dial an
access number to connect to the Internet. With ADSL, you're always
connected!
If
you're one of those surfers who's using Dial - up connection, and
hates waiting for a couple of seconds and ended up hearing busy
tones, BINGO! You probably might haven't heard about ADSL (Asymmetric
Digital Subscriber Line). You're not just missing the bandwagon
but you're missing out the benefits and services ADSL could offer
that would make your surfing life easier.
Compared
to Dial - up connection, which offers as much as 56 Kbps, ADSL offers
up to 8Mbps. It's like putting up a Skyway to get rid of all the
traffic and congestion along the road. Connectivity and speed is
never a problem. Not only that, it's user friendly because once
ADSL is installed, you just click on the browser and you can surf
as long as you want, be able to access more sites and do more transactions
given the same amount of time. You wouldn't even get the hang ups
of having missed calls because having ADSL is like having a separate
line without applying for it. No missed calls because you don't
have to worry about calls that wouldn't get through while you're
on-line. It's like having two separate phone line, which saves you
the cost that you have to pay for it.
Net
Direct ADSL is another breakthrough that will hit the mainstream
and gain control in the net. Its major service assures the market
will be provided quality in terms of speed, connectivity, no missed
calls and ease of use / user friendly. So, why settle for something
that wouldn't give you the "Need for Speed"?
